Klarrro Pro pricing follows the rhythm of your events: Solo is paid per event (€69 excl. VAT), Étoile (€199 excl. VAT per month) and Pro (€349 excl. VAT per month) are subscriptions, and Élite is by quote. All prices exclude VAT. Below you will find the details of each plan, the quota rules and the cost per event.
All plans include the essentials: numbered badges, messages and matches, VideoWall Love, Safe Place and statistics. They differ in the number of events and badges, the team, customisation and live games.

Whichever plan you choose, you can write to us at contact@klarrro.com.
From Étoile, you add your logo, your accent colour and the name of your venue. They appear in the participants’ app and on the VideoWall Love.
Élite goes further: you can hide the Klarrro brand and show, in the participants’ app, a link to the page of your choice.
The VideoWall Love is a web page, included in all plans. It displays in a browser, on a TV, a projector or a computer. Match celebrations there are anonymous.
VideoWall Love Edge pairs a screen with your event using a pairing code: once opened on the screen, the VideoWall page shows a 6-character code. You enter it in the dashboard, and the screen switches to the event’s VideoWall Love. Élite includes VideoWall Love Edge on multiple screens; if you would like to use it, mention it during the demo.
Étoile and Pro include a monthly quota: 3 events per month for Étoile, 10 for Pro. Solo opens 1 event per purchase; for a second Solo event, contact us. Élite has no limit.
Illustrative example. With Étoile, on 2 March you create a series of three Thursdays in March. Your March quota is then fully used: April events can be created from 1 April.

On an annual plan, you pay for 10 months instead of 12: 2 months are free. Quotas remain monthly all year round: 3 events per month for Étoile, 10 for Pro.

Per event, the price depends on the number of events you run. If you use your whole monthly quota:

With fewer events, the calculation changes. Solo suits a one-off event; to run a second one, contact us. At 2 events per month, Étoile works out at about €100 excl. VAT per event, with customisation to your brand and one team member on top.
Pro makes sense as soon as you go beyond 3 events per month, or if you want the live prize draw, quiz and Truth or Dare.
For comparison, the Mondevis price guide (accessed 10 October 2026) gives €300 to €2,000 for musical entertainment by a DJ, and from €200 for a karaoke night. The guide does not say whether these amounts are excluding or including VAT.
These are not the same services. A DJ brings the music, a host brings a presence on the mic. Klarrro is software: it organises the meetings (badges, messages, matches, games), and it is your team that runs the event from the dashboard. You can therefore combine Klarrro with a DJ or a host.
The return-on-investment simulator starts from your figures (badges, average spend, events per month) and an assumed increase in average basket, shown below the simulator: the result is an illustrative example, not a measurement. Only Solo has no commitment: you pay per event. Étoile and Pro are subscriptions with commitment, whether monthly or annual; the commitment period is set by your contract.
Creating a new event is refused with the message “Quota atteint”. Your account and the events you have already created remain accessible. With Étoile and Pro, the counter resets on the 1st of the month. To go beyond it, contact us.
No. With Étoile and Pro, the counter resets to zero on the 1st of each month, and an event counts in the month you create it, whatever its date.
Annual costs 10 months instead of 12, i.e. 2 months free: €1,990 excl. VAT instead of €2,388 excl. VAT for Étoile, €3,490 excl. VAT instead of €4,188 excl. VAT for Pro. Quotas remain monthly.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the commitment period set out in your contract, with no pro rata refund. Your contract also specifies the terms.
The screen is optional: the VideoWall Love opens in a browser, on a TV, a projector or a computer. By default, the app asks each participant to show their number to your team to collect a physical badge. If you do not hand any out, enable “Self-service badge distribution” in the event settings.
