My customers aren’t the “speed dating type” — does it still work?
Klarrro isn't speed dating. No tables, no face-to-face timers, no rounds. It's anonymous badge chat: people stay in the vibe, enjoy the venue and text when they feel like it. Many leave already wanting to come back to the next one.
How much does it really cost?
Solo costs €69 excl. VAT per event (up to 30 badges), with no commitment. Étoile costs €199 excl. VAT/month or €1,990 excl. VAT/year and includes up to 3 events per month; Pro costs €349 excl. VAT/month or €3,490 excl. VAT/year for up to 10 events per month. Étoile and Pro are subscriptions with a commitment, whose term is set in the contract. Élite is on quote. The return comes from a full room and bar consumption.
I don't have a screen for the VideoWall Love.
No problem. The VideoWall Love is a spectacular bonus, not a requirement. Everything works on participants' phones. If you have a TV, projector, or even a laptop at the bar, that's more than enough.
How long does it take to set up?
You create the event in the dashboard, print the badges and open the VideoWall Love link on a screen (TV, projector or computer). No technical installation, no technician.
What if only 15 people show up?
Klarrro works for small groups too: every badge can message all the others. The Solo plan, up to 30 badges, is designed for those nights.
Is my customers' data protected?
Absolutely. Between participants, anonymity is total: only the badge number is visible. As the organizer, you have access to the information entered at sign-up (email, phone) for the safety of your event, and you are the data controller; Klarrro acts as processor and may access it to keep the platform safe. Klarrro is GDPR compliant, event conversations expire automatically, no data is resold, and everything is hosted by OVH in Gravelines, France. Our traceability and moderation tools protect your venue's liability.
Can I test without commitment?
Yes, with the Solo plan: €69 excl. VAT per event, a one-time payment with no commitment. You test, see the results, then decide whether an Étoile or Pro subscription (with commitment) suits you.
