Chain licence: Klarrro Pro in every bar of your network

One licence, your whole network. Klarrro Pro equips event programming across your bar network, company-owned or franchised: each activated bar gets its own organizer space, and the head office follows everything from its dashboard.

Who is it for?

The chain licence is for bar networks with a head office:

The principle: one shared tool for the whole network, autonomous bars that create their own events, and a head office that follows activity without access to customers’ contact details.

Do you run a single venue, a festival or an agency? The Solo to Élite plans are presented on the Pricing page.

How the licence is organized

The multi-venue licence mirrors the structure of your network, on three levels. It is attached to the group or the brand.

One word, two meanings: a licence seat is a bar’s place in the licence; your network’s head office is your management, at group or brand level.

Level What it represents Its role in the licence
Group The company that owns several brands Can hold the licence for its brands. Its head office activates bars in each of them.
Brand A banner or a concept Holds its own licence or uses its group’s. With its own head office access, opened by Klarrro, it follows its bars and can suspend them. If it uses the group licence, its new bars are activated by the group’s head office.
Venue A bar in the network, attached to a brand Takes up a licence seat as soon as it is invited.

Each activated bar takes up a seat in the closest licence: its brand’s if it has one, otherwise the group’s. A suspended bar frees its seat, which can then be used by another bar.

Every bar on the Élite plan

Each activated venue gets its own organizer space, on the Élite plan. It creates and launches its events itself, without going through the head office.

The head office dashboard

The head office has its own access, separate from the bars’. Here are the main views of its dashboard.

My bars

A brand’s head office sees its bars, their status and the brand’s licence seat counter (taken out of purchased).

A group’s head office sees each of its brands, with the number of bars that take up a licence seat and, if the brand has its own licence, its number of seats. It activates a bar in the brand of its choice.

The group dashboard does not allow viewing the detailed list of bars or suspending them. These actions go through a brand head office access, which Klarrro can open for each brand that needs one.

National view

Three counters cover the head office’s whole scope: the number of attached bars (invited, active or suspended), the total number of events and the number of active events.

Billing

This view shows the licence cycle, monthly or annual, and its monthly equivalent: the flat fee, plus the price per seat multiplied by the number of seats provided for in the contract. A brand covered by its group sees the note “Covered by the group licence” there.

Security

This view counts recent sign-ups recorded with an email address in your bars. Contact details are kept only for a limited time, then anonymized. The head office never sees a participant’s email or phone number.

Safe Place alerts, for their part, go to the bar team, who handle them from their organizer space. The head office does not follow them live.

Personal data: what the head office sees, and what it does not

The head office has no access to participants’ contact details. The bar that runs the event views them from its organizer space.

Information Host bar Head office
Participants’ email and phone number Yes, for its events, for the duration of their retention period No, never
Safe Place alerts for an event Yes, live No, no live follow-up
Aggregated network counters No Yes
Detailed list of bars and their status No Yes, from a brand head office access

Contact details are collected at sign-up, notably for the event and for safety. In case of an incident, they may be used at the request of law enforcement, for as long as they are retained. They are hosted in the European Union (OVH).

For details on processing and retention periods, see the privacy policy. How an alert is handled is detailed on the Safe Place page.

Pricing: by quote

The chain licence has no public price list. Its price combines two elements, set in the contract according to the size of your network:

Billing is monthly or annual, depending on the contract. The monthly equivalent is shown in the head office’s Billing view.

The number of seats can increase during the contract, on request to Klarrro, under the terms of your contract.

A proven base on a high-volume venue

Our first partner venue is the Delirium Café, 54 allées Jean-Jaurès in Toulouse. The bar signed an exclusive contract with Klarrro at the end of April 2026.

Rollout, step by step

  1. Scoping. You describe your network: group, brands, number of bars, preferred billing cycle. Klarrro prepares the quote.
  2. Setup. Klarrro creates the network structure and the licence, then opens the head office access: its manager receives an invitation by email, valid for 72 hours. A head office access can also be opened for each brand.
  3. Activating the bars. From “My bars”, the head office invites each venue, which creates its access.
  4. First events. Each bar creates its events and puts up the A4 poster with the event QR code. The head office follows activity from the National view.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the chain licence cost?

It is priced by quote, according to the size of your network: a flat fee for the head office and a price per venue, applied to each licence seat provided for in the contract.

Does the head office have access to customer data?

No. It sees aggregated counters, never a participant’s email or phone number.

How do I add a bar to the network?

The head office invites it by email from “My bars”. The link is valid for 72 hours, and the bar takes up a licence seat as soon as it is invited. If all seats are taken, the licence can be extended on request to Klarrro, under the terms of your contract.

Does each bar keep its autonomy?

Yes. Each bar has its own organizer space, on the Élite plan, with unlimited events.

Can a venue be removed?

Yes. The brand’s head office can suspend a bar: its access is cut off and its licence seat can be assigned to another venue. Reactivating a suspended bar goes through Klarrro. The number of billed seats remains the one set in the contract.

Is billing monthly or annual?

Both cycles are possible. The cycle, the number of seats and the other terms are set in the contract.
