The venue: Delirium Café in Toulouse
Delirium Café is located at 54 allées Jean-Jaurès in Toulouse.
Attendance is high: around 400 on the busiest night.
The figures on this page cover only the 10 Klarrro events from late April to early June 2026.
The setup: how a Klarrro event works
This is the standard Klarrro event setup. The configuration specific to Delirium Café (screen, games, staffing) is not detailed here.
| Step | Participant side | Organizer side |
|---|---|---|
| Arrival | They scan the event QR code or enter their code (format ABC-123). Klarrro opens in the phone’s browser. | The dashboard provides an A4 poster with the event QR code and the event code. |
| Sign-up | They enter their email address and phone number. The app assigns them a badge number, in order of sign-up. | Contact details are collected for the event and for safety. No name is shown to other participants. |
| Conversations | They write to another badge by typing its number, as soon as conversations are open. | The control room shows the number of connected users, messages, matches and reports live. Banned words are masked automatically in conversations; the recipient can choose to reveal them. |
| Match | When two badges have written to each other, it is a match. Both are notified. A match reveals no contact details: they are exchanged only if both decide to. | If the VideoWall Love is displayed, the celebration appears there, anonymously. |
| Problem | They send a Safe Place alert, with, if they wish, a message and the number of the badge concerned. | The alert reaches the dashboard in real time, and also by notification if the team has enabled that option. |

What these figures tell a bar manager
- Volume. 250 participants per event on average, and around 400 on the busiest night.
- Matches counted by the app. A match is recorded as soon as two badges have written to each other. Nothing is estimated by eye.
- Incidents taken care of. Over the 10 events, 3 incidents were handled; their nature is not published.
What this page does not publish
No revenue, no average spend, no bar attendance outside Klarrro events: the app does not measure this data, and we do not estimate it in place of the venue.
Want to measure the same thing at your place?
During the event, the control room shows the number of connected users, messages, matches and reports live. After the event, the Feedback tab gathers participants’ reviews and their average rating.
Safety: 3 incidents handled over 10 events
Neither the nature of these incidents nor how they were handled is published. Here are the tools available to the organizing team during a Klarrro event.
- Safe Place. A participant alerts the team from the app, with an optional message and, if they wish, the number of the badge concerned. The alert can target someone they crossed paths with in the room, even without a conversation.
- Moderation. Each report first appears under “Pending”, then moves to “Handled”. When the alert targets a badge, the team can warn or ban that badge, or dismiss the report.
- Banning. The banned badge is excluded from the event. For 24 hours, neither their email address nor their phone number can be used to sign up again.
- Record. Each report remains viewable for at least 7 days. If the targeted badge exchanged messages with the author of the alert, their conversation is frozen at the time of the alert.
- Emergency button. It sends all participants a predefined in-app message: head calmly to the exit and follow staff instructions. It complements, without replacing, the venue’s alarm and evacuation procedures.
The alert reaches your team. The contact details collected at sign-up can be made available at the request of law enforcement during their retention period: they are anonymized about 30 days after the event.
The model: an exclusive contract, two events per month
In late April 2026, Delirium Café signed an exclusive contract with Klarrro. It provides for 2 events per month going forward.
In Klarrro, a fixed schedule is set up in a single action, as a recurring series: every week, every two weeks or on a given day of the month (the first Thursday, the last Wednesday…).
What you can replicate in your bar
The table below compares the public pricing grid with Delirium Café’s volume. It does not indicate the venue’s plan, which is covered by its contract.
| Plan | Price | Events per month | Badges | For a case like this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | €69 excl. VAT per event, no commitment | 1 per purchase | Up to 30 | Test the format on a small event |
| Étoile | €199 excl. VAT/month or €1,990 excl. VAT/year | Up to 3 | Up to 100 | Covers the pace of 2 events per month, not the volume |
| Pro | €349 excl. VAT/month or €3,490 excl. VAT/year | Up to 10 | Up to 300 | Covers events of up to 300 participants, not a peak of 400 |
| Élite | Custom quote | Unlimited | Unlimited | Covers a peak of 400 participants |
Étoile and Pro are subscriptions with a commitment, the term of which is set in the contract.
What you need on the night
- Participants’ phones.
- The A4 poster with the event QR code, generated from the dashboard.
- A screen, if you want the VideoWall Love: it is a web page to open on a TV, a projector or a computer. The VideoWall Love is optional, and its inclusion depends on the plan.
- Optional, for guests without a smartphone: analog badge mode. Available in the dashboard when the Tableau du Love is enabled, it assigns them a number.
Before getting started, read the guide to organizing a singles night in your bar and see the plan comparison. Do you run several venues? The system, proven in a high-volume venue, can also be rolled out across a network with the chain license, on a custom quote.
